PROUCT INTRODUCTION

Gosil Partoo corporation aims to establish advance machine and utilizing expert workers and their valuable knowledges that overflowed from “Iranian Naional Laser Center (INLC)” for founding product line of some semiconductor devices. Amongst devices that in our company intended to produce in the first step, are “Laser Diode” clearly “Superluminscent Diode (SLD)”. SLDs are the most complex semiconductor devices, that utilize microelectronic technology and so, need to photonic knowledge and single fiber optic coupling realization (with core diameter lower than 10um).

PRODUCTION METHOD

The following layout of product in our company is:

1-assemling parts of housing 2- semiconductor cooler (TEC) montage 3-superluminscent diode chip montage (innovation method and unique technical science especially belongs to our company) 4- 25um gold wire bonding to chip circuit and semicondutor cooler junctions 5- device quality control and test it, repeating if need 6- mounting component and fiber optic on high precision adjustment platform (innovation method and unique technical science especially belongs to our company) 7- operator base of coupling procdure fulfilment (innovation method and unique technical science especially belongs to our company) 8- doing welding procedure and laser hammering (innovation method and unique technical science especially belongs to our company) 9- output beam quality control and examination 10- final examination and quality control sheet preparation
